Based at Miami, I service the Gold Coast, Tweed Coast, Logan City to Redland Bay, out to Ipswich and South Brisbane areas.
Greg has conducted over 4000 Building and Pest Inspections and has 30+ years residential building experience in South East Queensland. Greg has worked on or supervised the building of over 500 homes in the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Logan City, Bayside, Springfield and Surrounding areas. Greg has exactly the building experience required to deliver you a detailed, accurate and comprehensive building inspection report.

All reports are written in plain english with photos included to clearly identify defects and problem areas. After the inspection Greg will explain the findings of the inspection and give advice on any repairs required.

All my inspections are carried out in accordance with and most of the time exceeding the requirements outlined in the Australian Standards (AS 4349.1-2007 for Pre-purchase Building Inspections-Residential Building’s and AS 4349.3-2010 Visual Timber Pest Inspection Report)
Did you know that both Building and Pest Inspections are only required to be a Visual Inspection according to the Australian Standards. When conducting an inspection I will often use the following equipment to further inspect any suspect areas. Thermal Imaging Camera, Moisture Meter and a Laser Level. I also inspect all accessible finishing timbers inside a property looking for termite damage. Being very fit and active I am always accessing areas in Roof Voids and other hard to access areas that are beyond the requirements outlined in the Australian Standards.
