Greg has 30 years Building experience since commencement of his Carpentry and Joinery apprenticeship in 1992. Since then Greg has conducted over 2000 Building and Pest Inspections and has built or supervised over 500 homes. Having a lifetime of hands on experience Greg guarantees that you receive the most comprehensive Inspection every time.
Reports are clearly written with colour photos included to easily show any defects found. After every Inspection Greg will go through his findings and if you can’t attend the Inspection Greg will call you to discuss the defects identified and give you options and advice for repairs.
